I've been writing some video game trivia questions for a startup called Kwanzoo, and they just opened their doors. They'd like to know what people think, though they seem focused more on movie and tv trivia.
(Also for everyone who signs up for an account through that link, I get another entry in a raffle for an iPhone. And I would not mind an iPhone.)

Books and the lack thereof.

I haven't been very good about answering all my e-mails, but a lot of people have been asking if we intend to reprint volume one of the Mac Hall comics.
We will! Hopefully sooner rather than later, but probably not until sometime next year.
And after that, the plan is for a second collection.

Woops... kinda squished Matt's rants.

And shockingly, doesn't have a Wikipedia entry.

"Fudgehog" isn't an epithet, but probably should be.

Enough with the Cat already

I'll hold off on the cat comics for a bit.

Not a Bumblebee

When a 16 pound cat wants attention, it's hard to ignore it.
While did say I was done ranting about my cats, I said nothing of comics. I can assure you though we're almost done with the Schrodinger chronicles.
On to other things.
I've been wanting to rant about a handful of digital artists I had come across recently. All of them amazing at their craft and most of them French. Not sure how I came across each of them but they're bookmarked all the same.
So yeah, really nice art. I'll be sharing more artists in future rants.

Indeed! Prints!
Many Bothans died in the making of these and Matt and I signed every last one of the 500 buggers. It's the first and only direct high res print from the Mac Hall comics. I really liked how the series ended.
Update: The prints are going back on sale at noon EST on Friday, Oct. 12. They'll be up for three hours, since that's probably only as long as they'll last.

I think the expletive is appropriate.

Yeah, had to start over.
October 1, 2007, 03:26 EST
My original Dragoon mithra was lost to the years of inactivity. (That and I have no idea what my old login info was, making the 'Return Home' feature useless.) So I had to start over. Saw the game for $20 when I was shopping for a couple GBA games. So yeah, the new version of the 'ol girl is once again stabbing things on the Phoenix server with the Shirt Ninjas... Every now and again that is. Not alot of time to be spend on gaming these days.
Enough about grindan games. As Matt said over there, we'll be selling prints of the final Mac Hall comic by the end of the week. While we only made 500, that was still a lot of signing... Guess it was to make up for passing on conventions this year.

New prints soon
October 1, 2007, 03:18 EST
This week we're going to have prints of the last Mac Hall comic. We've had quite a few people ask for these.
A couple days ago we sat down, numbered them 1 to 500, and signed them all.
They're on their way to Mr. Rowland by UPS, and should be up in the store pretty soon.

Halo 3

Ian and I got to the third or fourth level this evening on co-op.
...I have no opinions about this game whatsoever.
I don't exactly like it, but I don't dislike it either. It evokes no emotions at all. Even bad games will at least make me feel bored or frustrated, and this doesn't. It's as much a non-experience as breathing air.
It's one of the weirdest videogaming experiences I've ever had.

That isn't Helen, even if he accidently kind of drew a girl who looks like her.
