First off, the Toe-Pah-Toe-Kohe crew got a huge bit cuter this week as team JohnnyWander joined. Cool beans! Their design sense has always made me mad jealous.

Second! As you can see the comic is up. Had some more delays this week, which are completely on me. However since this comic up so late in the week, I'll probably leave it up through next week since the majority of our traffic rolls in on Mondays.

Too bad I canceled my City of Villains account. While Risu may be my favorite MMO character I've ever played, I just got sick of running out of content missions long before I was high enough level to leave the zone... and there's only so many newspaper missions I can stomach.

I'd like to rant more when it's not 2am... We'll see how that goes.

The book and makes its debut at TCAF, May 5th. (Sadly, we won't be there, but many other webcomic luminaries will be there signing under the Topatoco label.)

There was another script for today, but I was talking with Jes about Mass Effect 3, which she had recently finished. She said she didn't mind the "red" ending as much as she thought she would, considering the hype, but she would have liked to see what happens to everyone afterward.

I said I was pretty sure what happens to everyone afterward. Colonies collapse en mass. Tali and Garrus starve to death on an uncharted world. Same thing happens to the Turian and Quarian fleets stranded on Earth. Krogan eat everyone else until they go extinct a thousand years later.

Jes was not having any of that.

I pasted the ensuing rant into another script with the directions "Alternatively, Jes draws this however the hell she wants."

No comic this week, just some doodles. Decided to have some fun drawing some of my recent game avatars. Seems I'm pretty set in my digital ways when it comes to custom characters. Just an endless sea of cropped, white haired girls usually with hoodies and blank, far-off expressions. Lastly, add in a an ocular oddity, like a vertical scar or an eye-patch and that wraps it up.

I'm sure an arm-chair psych could have some fun with analyzing that, but I'm just happy with my characters being cute.

Well, except my Shepard. She's a complete hard-ass. With a shotgun.

Pretty burnt out due to some major releases with my job combined with the convention over the weekend. A good time was had at AoD, don't get me wrong, but it was thorough work out.
